an audit of our Quality Management System (we have an ISO 9001 certificate since 2001),

an audit of the Written Translation Process at Lidex (we have an ISO 17100 certificate – previously PN-EN 15038 – since 2010)

and

an audit of our Information Security Assurance System (we have an ISO 27001 certificate since 2013).

Lidex = 3 x ISO certificates!

Auditors positively assessed the procedures of translation quality assurance, conference handling, as well as graphical and filming services, Customer service, and their ongoing evolution towards perfection

This means that the quality of LIDEX services remains at the highest possible level.
